INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
The Department of Business Administration and Public Management offers an Autumn semester of courses focusing on the international and European context within which companies and institutions need to operate. The programme should be attractive to upper-level undergraduate students in business, economics, politics, and public administration.
Teaching typically is in small groups. Instruction is in English and realized in various forms such as lectures, seminars, student presentations, team work, independent study, study visits and conferences. This setting encourages active participation and interaction both between students and with the lecturers. Notification! Students need to have a high level of competency in English in order to participate successfully in the programme. In september 2005 a Dutch Language and Culture Course is offered by the Hogeschool Gent.
In the last six years, students from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the United States have attended the programme.
